Editing Resulted Inspections

Community Development > Inspections > Inspection List/Search > Resulted Inspection

The Inspection Details page has been updated to prohibit the editing of resulted inspections. ClosedView.

The only functions permitted are the following:

The editing of resulted inspections is secured through User Permissions. To authorize a user to reopen resulted inspections for editing, Closedfollow these steps:
  1. Navigate to Maintenance > new world ERP Suite > Security > Users.
  2. Find and select the user.
  3. Click the Permissions button. The User Permissions page opens.

  4. In the Search Security Components field of the Filter panel, type reopen resulted. The Permissions panel reloads to contain the Reopen Resulted Inspections security component only. ClosedView.

  5. Select the check box in the Full column of the Reopen Resulted Inspections security component.
  6. Click SAVE.
  7. For the permission to take effect, the user needs to log off the system and log back on.
